Modern coastal retreat featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3rd floor beachfront condo located on beautiful 7 mile Old Orchard Beach. Located just a 1/4 mile (7 blocks) from the famous pier and downtown. Walking distance to Palace Playland and restaurants & shops. This is a 1200 sq ft. townhouse style condo, 1 bedroom, den and 1 bath upstairs and 1 bedroom and bath on main floor. Large deck with direct view of pier and can watch weekly fireworks, along with the most gorgeous sunrises overlooking Old Orchard Beach. Amazing ocean views out of almost every window. Sleeps 6, 2 parking spaces, and coin op laundry on site. Linens included and beach chairs provided. Check in 4 pm and check out at 10 am. 15 minute drive to major shopping mall, water park and amusement parks. No pets or smoking allowed.
